Job Description:

Responsible for providing support to operational areas. Primary duties may include but are not limited to: coordination and implementation of cross department initiatives, analyzes the needs and gaps, identifies solutions, best practices, provides consultation and implements corrective action plans. Leads and develops training and content. Provides monthly, quarterly and/or annual reporting and quality reviews or audits per departmental needs and requirements. Tracks and monitors continuous improvement suggestions, partners with IT staff to develop business requirements, supports testing of technology enhancements and serves as the primary point of contact. Leads and provides leadership and partnership in problem solving, development of processes and solutions, operational effectiveness, and performance. Researches, reviews, analyzes, and interprets Medicare policy and provides feedback on Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). Supports, provides oversight, and leads initiatives and projects. Assists leadership team with project planning and implementation. Requires BA/BS degree in business, learning, education, instructional design or project management, 7 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. If this job is assigned to any Government Business Division entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a 'sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside Government Business Divisions. Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions. Associates in these jobs are required to follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed.
