What will you be doing?



Leading AWG's staff and vendors' journey into Market Measurement data, via an important gateway relationship. AWG is a grocery wholesaler that started their Supply Chain gateway with Circana June, 2022. The next phase of our commercial journey begins with this assignment, focusing on Market Measurement (RA) reporting through Unify, customized with AWG's product and geography hierarchies. Capturing insights using Circana's Integrated Fresh hierarchy will be a key focus of the role. The candidate selected for this role will have responsibilities leading the clients' understanding of market data to grow their sales, and working with the client to resolve data discrepancies. Positively managing the relationship, protecting Circana's intellectual property, and espousing Circana's mastery of data-driven insights and thought leadership will define success in this position.



Job Responsibilities



  • Data analysis and interpretation in Retail Advantage and CSIA data models

  • Resolve data discrepancies

  • Create use cases for Integrated Fresh, and other data assets

  • Engage in client outreach (vendors and AWG internal users)

  • Manage project and meeting timelines

  • Create, maintain, and manage Unify+ reporting environment

  • Develop and deliver presentations, emails, newsletters, client communications


Requirements



  • Minimum 10 years data analysis and client management in CPG / retailer roles

  • Mastery of Retail Advantage and Household Panel metrics and analyses

  • Proactive understanding of restatement timelines and impact to data structures

  • Synthesize Circana's thought leadership and apply it to consultative conversations with clients

  • Demonstrated track record of successful client management, ensuring win-win for Circana and AWG

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $84,000.00 to $150,000.00.
