This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a North America Business Line Manager, Mobile C-Arms , you will be expected to:
Drive overall financial accountability (P&L) of the mobile c-arm business line in the USA to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Cultivate a high-performance team and provide strategic direction to ensure positive business momentum and achieve exceptional financial and operational results.
Create, drive, and support mobile c-arm engagement strategies across general sales, customer services, enterprise solutions, corporate accounts, etc.
Be the clinical, technical, and knowledge expert for mobile c-arms in the USA. Address competitive positioning and value proposition in your go-to-market strategy.
Manage and foster mobile c-arm customer relationships that have a significant impact on the organization and business development.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors, promoting a culture of integrity, respect, collaboration, and positivity inside and outside your department.
Think about the bigger picture and drive balance, informed decisions that best support the entire company.
Measure performance of your team through the lens of our internal/external customers.
Align and manage the marketing teams to ensure the products/collateral/solutions are sufficient and positioned appropriately for our customers.

Sales and Service Commercial Leadership: You utilize skills to assess the North America mobile c-arm business performance and needs. You analyze data to identify opportunities and turn them into to actionable tasks leading to positive outcomes.
Deal Engagement and Strategy Setting: You get engaged in the mobile c-arm opportunities and help formulate the overall strategy for the zones to execute. You have strong industry knowledge and proven experience navigating and successfully developing complex deals.
Effectively Execute through Excellent Communication Skills: We listen more than we talk. You listen to all parties, understand the problem / need, process information, and leverage diverse opinions to execute. You have demonstrated success at developing and communicating a clear strategic vision and effectively executing that vision.

Required skills to have for the success of this role
10+ years of solution selling experience in industry; 5+ years minimum management responsibility.
Proven experience in people management and building strong working relationships within and across teams.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done.
Location: Anywhere in the United States within a reasonable distance to a major airport
Ability to travel: 35-50%

The pay range for this position is $240,000 - $325,000 and includes an annual incentive target of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
