The Master - Maintenance performs a variety of repairs, installations, and modifications of production equipment, plant facilities, and grounds as directed.
**Hiring for 2nd & 3rd (overnight) Shift**
**Salary based upon experience, starting at $30 per hour with a 5% shift differential**
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross trains on all functions of the department.
Provides leadership skills in a coaching style to fellow members of the team and assist with training programs.
Operates assigned equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules.
Performs work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
Monitors Quality Points at work station and record required data.
Reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor
Conducts operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
Assists with ordering and catalog spare parts and supplies.
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of employee(s) to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished. Mentors, coaches, trains and develops team.
Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field
6+ years maintenance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
Basic degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
Basic verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
Basic understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
Possess a mechanical aptitude; ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, welding equipment, and cutting torch.
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Electrical systems 24VDC, 120VAC, 1-phase, 480VAC 3-phase
General Plumbing knowledge
PLC experience a plus
Welding
Induction Furnace experience a plus
Electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills
Facility Maintenance
HVAC experience a plus
Experience with a CMMS system a plus
Experience with conveyor systems
Experience with blaster equipment
Capable of working at heights
Familiar with safety standards (LOTO, Fall Protection, Confined space, hot work permits, live electrical permits, Arc Flash)
Hydraulic equipment and pumps
Experience with 3D sand printing a plus
Experience with water jets a plus
Experience with CNC equipment a plus
PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
