A day in the life.
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support for agency management systems and operational functions. This role involves preparing and distributing monthly reports, assisting in the maintenance of various agency management systems as well as compiling and updating various internal databases. You will also be responsible for supporting individual life policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to enhance operational efficiency and the overall success of the agency. Responsibilities include:
Agency Management System Support
Prepare and distribute monthly expiration reports for all departmental staff
Generate reports for all departments to maintain data integrity and identify potential areas for improvement
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the agency management systems to include CSR24, Indio, BenefitPoint, ImageRight, Sagitta and EPIC
Update agency management systems with colleague changes
Operational Support
Compile and update online carrier directories
Act as administrator for carrier-specific websites, encompassing user ID set up, maintenance and termination
Monitor new and expired policies to ensure they are updated within our agency management systems' identified timelines
Maintain an accurate database of colleague licenses
Manage the carrier appointment process for all departments
Provide supplemental documents necessary to execute and maintain carrier contracts
Assist with the filing, servicing, and organization of individual life policy documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong administrative skills
Working knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning and general administration.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables, with effective problem solving and resolution skills.
Strong prioritization, organizational, project planning and management, with multi-tasking skills.
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Office Experience
Life & Health Insurance license (Required within 90 days)
