This person directly oversees the MMA SW BI/PCS Direct Bill team. Will lead the team to accurate and timely completion of cash receipt application and resolve historic unapplied items. In addition, this person works with the team to improve processes and help guide the team through process changes. This person can be located in an office other than Dallas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Team Leadership
Design workflows and implement them as needed
Effectively manage workload and workflows for team, making changes as needed
Provide leadership in practice group and team interactions and be available as a resource for colleagues
Organize and implement team educational sessions as needed
Responsible for communicating procedural changes and other important information to team
Responsible for maintaining internal files on shared drive to ensure information is accurate and useful
Mentor and develop team members; recognize opportunities for growth within department and work to create learning opportunities
Complete annual performance reviews timely
Recognize opportunities to create tools to increase efficiency and accuracy within department
Effectively communicate with team members when procedures are not being followed and take corrective action, involve manager as needed
Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with associates and clients
Demonstrate MMA's core values in interactions with peers, team members, clients and vendors
Proactive Client Service
Guide the teams through change
Research and resolve issues that come up related to vendor payables and cash receipts
Partner with internal teams and external parties
Pursue a Program of Personal and Professional Development
Work with manager to develop a continuing education plan

Must have knowledge of Microsoft products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
