We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our expanding Energy team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate within the industry. This role involves engaging with key clients across the United States, focusing on projects that span multiple markets and geographies. You will have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill sets related to diverse design projects. We are looking for an independent self-starter who can drive business development initiatives and foster lasting client relationships.
Experience and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience working with midstream operators selling pipeline and facility design.
Background in pipeline and facility design.
Experience identifying projects in pre-feed design phase through execution.
Proven track record in sales forecasting and CRM opportunity management.
Proficient with relevant software such as Power Point, Excel, Word.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Availability to travel for client visits, conferences, tradeshows and other business development activities at least 50% of the time is required.

Additional Information
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Business Development Manager with a salary range of $100,800.00 - $159,800.00 .
