Location: Kansas City, MO

Salary: $125,000.00 USD Annually - $132,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a HR Manager for their manufacturing facility in Kansas City MO. This is a Union facility and the HR Manager needs some previous Union experience. This position will have 1 Direct Report HR Coordinator in the support of about 100-110 employees. The HR Manager will help meet the goals and objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. Responsibility to oversee the execution of HR processes, policies and programs.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention while following all Federal, Local and Company requirements


• Responsible along with leadership team for all Employee relations


• Train site leadership on HR systems and practices


• Oversee the execution of the Performance Management Process


• Provide input to and support Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs


• Identify training and development opportunities and support the implementation of improvement plans through coaching and feedback


• Ensure HR systems maintain integrity and data accuracy


• Support the culture and core values, drive engagement and overall positive employee experience through strong change management and communication
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development


• 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing organization.


• SHRM / PHR certifications a plus.


• Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
  
  


• Union Experience needed
