The candidate will be filling customer requests for staff augmentation PACS Admin roles.
Top Responsibilities:
Perform Change Healthcare PACS activities and Workflow Intelligence support for on-demand services, including system testing, resolution, and data reconciliation at facility sites or remotely.
Identify hardware, network, and architecture challenges, providing recommendations for system structure changes, subject to customer approval.
Recommend changes in workflow, application configuration, system structure, technical performance, and policies to support customer information system needs.
Serve as the primary resource for hands-on support of Change Healthcare PACS applications, aiding in clinical and technical activities/issues/requests.
Consult with customers to recommend and maintain standardized workflows and procedures.
Provide guidance in developing best practices to enhance PACS utilization and expedite exam reporting.
Act as a liaison and subject matter expert to coordinate the integration of Change Healthcare PACS, Workflow Intelligence, and third-party systems, as mutually agreed upon by Change Healthcare and the customer.
Required Skills/Attributes:
5+ years of experience in PACS Administrator daily/weekly/monthly cleanup and admin tasks.
Preferred Skills/Attributes:
Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP) by ABII.
