We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze and design solutions for networking challenges, provide technical support across departments, and troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise. Familiarity with industry-standard concepts, practices, and technologies is essential, along with a degree of creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, gather, and document system requirements.
- Map current and future business processes, identifying issues, gaps, and project objectives.
- Research and propose system solutions that align with operational needs.
- Develop test plans and test cases, and execute testing procedures.
- Document defects and perform retesting of bug fixes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in eliciting and documenting system requirements.
- Demonstrated ability in conducting as-is/to-be process and system analysis.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and executing testing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems or software systems that support maintenance and operations processes for transportation agencies.
