Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $19.00 USD Hourly - $20.50 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Medical Coder to join our clients team!



Scope of Role:


Location: Remote



Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm



Job engagement: Contract



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Review documentation in pathology reports, reviewing CPT codes assigned for accuracy.
  Communication with lab staff regarding any discrepancies in CPT codes and/or
  documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required


• Certified as a CPC through AAPC (Not accepting CPC-As)


• Pathology experience is preferred, but not required.
