In this role, you will:
Serve as a mentor, enhancing student experiences through high-quality supervision and management.
Employ effective strategies to positively influence student behavior, holding them accountable while showing respect and courtesy.
Engage in meaningful collaborations across departments to ensure comprehensive support and service delivery to students.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to analyze challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement corrective actions ensuring student needs are always at the forefront.
Be willing to accept direction and supervision, demonstrating flexibility in taking on diverse responsibilities as the need arises.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Bachelors degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field preferred. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements
