Our client, a global private equity company with a focus on the infrastructure sector, is seeking an EA to support their Human Resources team. The hours are 8:30 - 5:30/6 and this is a 4/1 hybrid schedule in office Monday - Thursday (Friday remote).
Responsibilities:
Manage Outlook calendars and book external meetings (using Zoom)
Schedule internal meetings, set up refreshments and reserve conference rooms
Create meeting materials, documents, and PowerPoint presentations
Input and manage data in an internal database
Liaise with vendors and assist with ad-hoc projects
Manage confidential information and maintain discretion
Qualifications:
Degree preferred, not required
4-5+ years of administrative experience
Interest in HR is a plus
Previous experience working in a fast paced, engaging, high energy environment
Friendliness, adaptability, and a team player
Professional services experience; finance preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $110K base depending on experience and discretionary bonus
