Role Overview:


As the Healthcare Market Leader at Barge Design Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our growth, reporting directly to the Director of Healthcare. Based in Georgia, this leadership role involves spearheading business development, nurturing client relationships, and eventually leading healthcare design teams within the region.


Key Responsibilities:


-Pioneer and manage project teams: Blaze a trail by leading and overseeing project teams, ensuring the flawless execution of architectural and engineering projects in the healthcare industry.
-Cultivate robust client relationships: Develop and sustain strong client partnerships, recognizing the distinct needs that drive successful project delivery.
-Foster cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align client expectations with project deliverables.
-Serve as a communication bridge: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
-Identify new horizons: Explore new markets and business prospects, amplifying Barge's market share and competitive standing.
-Expand client connections: Establish connections with potential clients to expand our regional footprint while nurturing existing client relationships.
-Execute client-centric strategies: Develop and execute strategies focused on clients, working closely with internal teams to secure new opportunities.
-Lead proposal development: Guide the development of proposals, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and contributing to fee negotiations.
-Represent at industry events: Be the face of the company, representing Barge at events, client gatherings, and industry meetings.



Education & Experience Qualifications:


-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field from an accredited program.
-Seasoned professional: Boast a minimum of 10 years of experience in client service or project management within architecture and engineering, with a profound focus on healthcare projects.
-Track record of success: Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and effectively managing clients within the healthcare sector.
-Technical acumen: Showcase strong technical proficiency and a deep understanding of design and construction trends in the healthcare industry.
-Master communicator: Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging clients and simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
-Leadership prowess: Possess the ability to lead, guide, and inspire teams, ideally with an established professional network in the market area.
