Key Responsibilities
Support the Human Resources and Executive teams with administrative tasks and projects
Calendar management and travel arrangements, expense reports
Ordering office supplies, answering phone calls
Meeting preparation, presentation preparation and review, event preparation
Maintaining records, organizing documents, streamlining process as applicable
Assist with invoice reconciliation
Support HR by helping with employee files, recruiting and scheduling candidates, candidate onboarding and orientation
Maintain professional and timely correspondence and communication
Qualifications
At least 4 years of recent administrative experience directly supporting SVP and executive-level leadership, human resources, and office management
Proficiency with word, outlook, powerpoint, and excel
Experience working with HRIS systems preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize different projects with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation and Schedule
This is a direct hire position with salary range of 55-60k depending on experience
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in-office and an option to work remotely up to 2 days/week
Parking is paid for, hours are 8:30 to 5
