Job Description:

The West Coast Regional Sales Executive is tasked with driving sales of the company's products and services to both new and existing customers, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is also an integral part of the company's service delivery team.

Key Responsibilities




  • Sales & Relationship Management:


    • Drive sales of products and services in the assigned West Coast territory.

    • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    • Stay updated on customer needs and competitive activity in the market.

    • Achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management and forecasting.

    • Use company systems to manage account information and monitor sales activities.




  • Knowledge & Presentation:


    • Maintain current knowledge of company offerings and present features and benefits professionally to clients.

    • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

    • Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements for potential product/service enhancements.

  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent active listening, communication, and business writing skills.

  • Networking and relationship-building with key stakeholders.


Qualifications




  • Experience:


    • 3-5 years of sales experience in software/services within the payment industry, financial transaction processing, and gaming industry.

    • Experience in enterprise-level sales is desirable.

    • Proven ability to sell to C-Level executives.




  • Education:


    • Bachelor's degree preferred.




  • Skills:


    • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and nurture relationships with decision-makers.

    • Demonstrated integrity and collaboration skills.




  • Requirements:


    • Must pass drug testing and background checks.

    • Ability to obtain multiple state gaming licenses and/or tribal licensing.

    • Willingness to travel 50%-70% domestically.




Position Details




  • Type: Full-time


  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed)


  • Travel: Regular domestic travel is required.
