Job Description:

Large plaintiff litigation law firm in Century City is seeking a Discovery response attorney who specializes in managing the legal process of responding to discovery requests in a lawsuit. In the discovery phase of litigation, parties can request documents, facts, and other evidence from each other through various means such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission, and depositions.

This role is crucial in ensuring that their clients' responses are accurate, complete, and legally sufficient. They may also negotiate with opposing counsel regarding the scope of discovery, object to improper requests, and represent their clients' interests in any disputes related to the discovery process.

Top three requirements for the litigation Discovery Response Attorney:

  • Must have fact-finding Discovery experience (Propund/Respond, Special Interrogatories, Form Interrogatorries, RFA, and RFP).

  • Must be deadline driven (30 days to respond to the discovery request from opposing cousel).

  • Strong attention to detail to review before preparing, and compiling responses. (High Volume)




  • Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)


    $120K-$130K upon hire (Contract to hire) Usually 90 days depending on performance.
