We are seeking Site Managers/Field Superintendents to join our growing Fuels Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization program team . These positions can be located remotely (with travel expectations) or in our Honolulu, Hawaii office. Site Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and administering the onsite work to successfully complete the requirements of the project on time, within budget and in accordance with the company's quality and safety standards. Develops strong client relationships to facilitate successful, timely, profitable projects and repeat business.
SPECIFIC DUTIES RELATED TO TECHNICAL SERVICES
Is the onsite Pond representative implementing the construction portion of the assigned project through day-to-day direction of all field activities
Makes certain all construction follows contract requirements such as design specifications and drawings, scope of work, Work Plans, etc.
Projects are completed on schedule, adheres to budget, meets accounting requirements and is built to specified quality standards
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple onsite subcontractors
Ensures all field documentation is completed comprehensively and on time.
Updates and maintains body of knowledge related to training and job responsibilities.
Adheres to and enforces company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have minimum 10+ years of DoD Fuels related construction onsite management in wetted fueling system - piping, mechanical work, fueling upgrades, fuel hydrant systems, tank work, coatings work, inspections, and repairs.
Knowledge of construction practices, UFGS, UFC, ASME codes, API, North American and / or international standards and principles related to the POL system design, construction, inspection, and repair processes
Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance, and/or Favorable Background Investigation (BI)
Ability to read and interpret construction project drawings and specifications
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Possesses effective communication, interpersonal and management skills.
OSHA 30 hours training preferred
HAZWOPER training preferred
First Aid, CPR and BBP training preferred
Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.

Additional Information
We anticipate filling this position as a Field Superintendent with a salary range of $71,700.00 - $128,300.00 per year.
Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors.
