Academic Affairs and Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities: Reporting to the IAT Director, the Academic Affairs and RecruitmentCoordinator will collaborate with program coordinators to enhance student experiencesand achieve strategic goals. Key responsibilities include: * Advising and Student Support (50%): Provide guidance on degreerequirements, leveraging MSU's student information systems. Facilitateprofessional development opportunities for coordinators and engage inuniversity-level meetings to support student success initiatives * Curriculum Development (30%): Oversee curriculum updates, accreditationprocesses, and enrollment management. Analyze data to inform programenhancements and resource allocation decisions. * Recruitment and Outreach (20%): Develop and execute strategicrecruitment plans in collaboration with community colleges.
