High Hotels Ltd., is a leading operator of select-service and extended stay hotels across PA & NJ. We strive to maintain the highest standards in guest service and overall product quality.
As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.
This position will be located at our select service Hilton property in the Lehigh Valley area.
We are looking for Part-Time Guest Services Representatives available to work a mixture of 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with occasional shifts from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on various days including weekends and holidays.
Starting Rate: $15.00 - $16.00/hr., depending on experience!
