Job Description:
Pennoni is currently looking for a Project Site Design Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:
- This position requires an individual to have a solid knowledge of civil engineering principles based on completed bachelor's degree with the ability to learn and put into practice
- Site development and design, including stormwater management design, AutoCAD Civil 3D, plan preparation, grading, various permit applications (including FDOT and Water Management Districts) and report writing
- In order to be considered for this position, one must be able to work well with others; possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to travel and conduct field work on a limited / project required basis; possess integrity; and be truly passionate about one's work.
- Ability to be the main contact with clients and make presentations as needed to clients and municipalities, as well as respond and represent Pennoni on RFQ responses
**This position is available either in Winter Haven, FL or Clearwater, FL
Required Attributes:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Years of Experience: 5-10 years local experience
- Licenses Required: EI, PE preferred
- Computer Skills Required: Microsoft 365, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related stormwater design software
Preferred Attributes:
- Communication skills are a must
- Experience with stormwater modeling, analysis and design.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Appropriate appearance and manners to attend meetings with clients
