Job Description:

Responsible for working with Staff VP on annual AIQ (budget) process, workforce strategy, executive communications, associate engagement activities. Understands each division of the department and partners with other Staff VP's support associates to put together leadership presentations and communications. Partners with Staff VP to ensure strategy aligns with overall FGS and Enterprise strategy. Proposes opportunities to improve business results and enhance associate engagement. May service as a project manager for special projects. Builds and sustains relationships with Enterprise stakeholders that are relied upon for department to succeed. Facilitate meetings and special events that are crucial for strategic alignment and team cohesion. Servies as a liaison between the SVP and the Directors to drive results and improve data transparency. Pilot program portfolio management. Clinical background RN or equivalent preferred. MBA or MHA preferred.
