The Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business is a global provider of Medication Management technology serving Acute Care Hospitals, Non-Acute Care, and Retail Pharmacies. We are focused on making the medication use process simpler, safer, and smarter.
The position will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing - Integrated Solutions and will be responsible for the leading the global marketing strategy and planning for in-market HealthSightTM Analytics solutions. You will partner closely with commercial/region marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution of customer needs, value creation, product development, commercial and strategic product placement and promotion, to achieve planned value continuity of the HealthSight portfolio.
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven product management professional to support the delivery of integrated solutions and services. This individual will enhance existing analytics, cross product integration, and will partner closely with the Solution Deployment Services organization to deliver new solution-specific offerings.

Responsibilities
Lead the product lifecycle from requirements assembling through production and release, authoritatively evaluating and balancing risks & tradeoffs
Partner with the R&D organization, Medical Affairs, and other internal clinical SMEs to effectively define user needs and requirements to feed our agile development process
Supporting the Commercial and cross-functional Marketing partners, research initiatives to drive strategic insights, directional guidance on product development, commercial priorities.
Supporting case development, evaluation with Platform team to drive innovation, development of new solutions
Informing the Global Marketing Platform on project Core Teams, partnering with cross-functional Associates to implement the strategic roadmap
Leading key stage-gate (GPDS) governance activities and results, with adherence to BD Way of Marketing standard processes
Developing a keen understanding of customer experience journey from order to support - driving improvements through the platform in alignment with cross-functional partners
Able to understand and communicate sophisticated workflows, developing and demonstrating strong product and market knowledge, specifically related to medication management in hospitals
Demonstrate strong social skills related to establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and key influencers to ensure that marketing decisions are customer focused
Qualifications
3-5 years in marketing and/or product/solution management with proven excellence in commercial strategy and launch planning required
Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing/Business or Technical Field; MBA preferred
Healthcare automation experience and hospital pharmacy experience desired
Experience with marketing software applications and integrated workflow experience desired
Experience getting things done in highly matrixed environments, able to work with cross-functional teams and to lead teams beyond your direct span of control
Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience across international geographies with success in incorporating diverse stakeholder feedback
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills.
