Develop and establish relationships with yacht owners, managers, captains, engineers and other influential parties involved in the assignment of yacht repair, maintenance and refit work. Collaborate with in-house technical experts and trade resources to ensure the appropriate action plan and establish realistic customer expectations that are clearly defined and deliverable. This role may also be referred to as Member Services Specialist.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel regularly to vessel locations in Florida with the intent to prospect and market Rybovich service offerings as well as perform onboard ship inspections to evaluate repair needs and refit specifications.
Document progress and sales pipeline milestones in Rybovich CRM system.
Coordinate, develop, compile, and submit detailed information required to provide complete and comprehensive estimate of works involved with a yacht refit/repair project ranging in size from 40 feet to approximately 120 feet including all labor, material, and subcontractor costs.
Effectively manage and establish relationships with yacht owners, captains and engineers to understand their specific service needs and refit specifications.
Partner with Project Developers and Trade Managers to provide technical knowledge and innovative, realistic solutions to deliver the product on time and on budget.
Read, review and evaluate technical specifications, engineering drawings (blueprints) and conceptual plans.
Request, review and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to assure quoted price, scope and terms comply with schedule and specifications.
Formulate proposals with itemized work descriptions, and assigns labor hours and material costs to each item.
Provide honest feedback to reconcile customer scheduling conflicts with repair needs as well as identify inconsistencies in specifications or proposal packages that may not be in line with customers’ expectations.
After internal approval, present final proposal to customer and obtain authorization to commence with the project.
Communicate with customers in conjunction with project manager to ensure expectations are managed and met during execution of the service work.
Assist project manager in the sales of additional work on the vessel during the project lifecycle.

Technical and Physical Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior marina experience preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to lift 10 pounds
