The Photography Samples Coordinator will report to the Studio Production Manager and work in our in-house studio located in Winston-Salem/Rural Hall, NC. This role is essential in supporting the Creative Services team with the procurement and organization of samples for all HBI digital asset needs. The coordinator will collaborate with various internal and external teams to gather the necessary garments for photoshoots, whether conducted in-house or by external vendors.



Responsibilities



  • Track the receipt of samples and provide status reports as required.

  • Manage work efforts to align with production timelines.

  • Oversee sample preparation, including steaming and organizing outfits, ensuring everything is ready for the camera set.

  • Collaborate closely with the in-house studio team to plan shoot targets, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions.

  • Identify potential issues that may disrupt work schedules.

  • Create documents to track shots and garments, updating the team on the schedule via ShotFlow.

  • Utilize the ShotFlow process to ensure all products are prepared and tagged for production.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Communicate with product teams and photography managers regarding product sample issues.

  • Returning of all product and other materials to appropriate departments after each photoshoot.

  • Perform basic laydowns on 3D Hollows using StyleShoots photo equipment.

  • Assist with talent and (internal and freelanced) staff with all still and model photoshoots

  • Complete other duties as assigned.




Minimum Education/ Experience



Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant work experience OR Master's + 1+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills that foster teamwork and collaboration.

  • Basic awareness and understanding of Photo Studio shooting schedule.

  • Familiarity with project management and workflow technology, particularly ShotFlow and StyleShoots, is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising.

  • Proficient in Mac and MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

  • Inventory Management: Tracking the receipt and return of samples and other materials, ensuring they are properly handled and stored.
