Summary
Responsible for overall performance of multiple Retail Offices through management, development and leadership of Relationship Assistant Manager &/or Relationship Team. Fulfills consumer lending needs. Generates new business through outside calling efforts.

Develop innovative strategies for calling efforts to achieve established goals that contributes to the Alliance Bank growth planCollaborate with internal business partners to provide comprehensive solutions to clients financial needsServe as a communication link between all departments and leadership to ensure Team is informed and understands directives, bank financial performance, initiatives and other pertinent information through Office meetingsCreate and contribute to a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service, expanding profitable client relationships and employee engagementLead and guide Team; attainment of sales, service and financial goals, open/maintain consumer and business accounts, referralsSupervise and create accountability through performance management against objectives to build motivation and commitmentEstablish Department and individual goals while engaging Team to take ownership of achieving goals; conducts monthly one-on-one coaching with the TeamStrive to meet/exceed established Department and individual goals while taking ownership of achieving those goalsBuild and maintain Team through onboarding and exit processAbility to prioritize and delegate tasksInitiate wire transfersPromote the banks products and servicesPlan volunteer activities for TeamMaintain a strong community presenceEnsure continuous training and development for self and TeamFollow policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk and exposureEnsure compliance and audit controls are followed to protect the bank from unnecessary risk and exposure

Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises the Relationship Assistant Manager &/or Relationship Team.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This position travels by vehicle in the Alliance Bank footprint and surrounding areas.
This job operates in a clerical office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift, bend, or stand as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Full-time employee must work 35-40 hours per week average to maintain full-time status.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required3 years related banking, customer service, leadership and business development experience preferred
