Product Manager Cutting Tools
The Product Manager for Cutting Tools Reconditioning will primary focus on marketing and sales of high-performance surface solution technologies for reconditioned cutting tools in the United States region (BUS) with a primary focus on the Southern states. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding the customer base, together with Territory Account Managers, for cutting tool solution technology applications in Automotive, e-mobility, Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing, and other markets. The incumbent will assist in tool tests and developing new business and applications where coating on cutting tools will add value to customer (cost reduction, improved cycle time, improved tool life) and develop and manage a portfolio of key project accounts as assigned. The incumbent provides Technical consultative sales support to other sales personnel, and total solutions (i.e., technical presentations to OEM automotive customers, tool shops, shop-floor demonstrations, etc) as well as consultative services to customers and their agents. This role acts as the first point-of-contact for proof-of-solutions and works effectively with internal customers (Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Corporate Product Line Managers, Customer Solutions Centers/R&D) in order to address technical and commercial questions raised by customers.
