As our Facility Security Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our Stevens Point campus. You'll oversee a talented team of facilities staff including maintenance, reception, groundskeeping, and housekeeping while ensuring the safety and security of our facility and employees.


What You'll Do:




  • Lead with Impact: Manage and inspire our diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


  • Ensure our Safety: Be on-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies and ensure business continuity. Serve as the primary liaison for local authorities and respond to emergencies with swift action and clear thinking.


  • Drive Efficiency: Optimize staffing levels, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective solutions.


  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct regular inspections, develop maintenance plans, and oversee critical systems like fire safety and security access.


  • Develop our Team: Implement comprehensive training programs and maintain strong employee relations.


  • Be the Problem-Solver: Identify and resolve complex facility issues, from minor repairs to major system failures.


What You'll Need:




  • Proven Leadership: 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.


  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facilities systems, as well as the ability to read blueprints. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to build relationships with employees, vendors, and emergency services.


  • A Commitment to Safety: A valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong dedication to maintaining a secure and compliant workplace, with the ability to be CPR certified.

The pay range for this position is $57,000 - 71,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
