Summary: Manages all aspects of food service in the organization including patient meals and cafeteria operations; coordinates and delegates specific job duties and responsibilities to all nutrition and cafeteria staff; ensures all food services to inpatients, outpatients, employees and visitors are prepared in a clean and safe environment.
Salary range for this position is $ 111,925 - $141,439 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
Certification Requirement
Service Safety or HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) certification.
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Management, Business Management or a related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of prior full-time experience as a Nutritional Services provider including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or
2. Associate's degree in Food Management, Business Management or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of prior full-time experience as a Nutritional Services provider including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
