Responsibilities
Daily Safety Meeting
Daily coordination of people, information, and materials
Continuous improvement activities
Team development (hiring, coaching, evaluating, training)
Project management of process development projects
Develop and maintain a production schedule for all orders (build to order & build to stock)
Daily whiteboard meeting with Team Leads to prioritize people & materials
Lead the Job Relations meeting with Team Leads

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience - ideally in welding and fabrication
Manufacturing Engineering experience is a plus
Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficient in production planning and scheduling
