The Medical Education department based in Naples, Florida is made up of over 20 physicians, physician assistants and other healthcare professionals. Arthrex is actively searching for a Learning Program Analyst. The successful candidate will work alongside a department of expert orthopedic healthcare professionals, world class faculty, and product management.
Main Objective:
As a Learning Program Analyst, you will work with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to assist with the continuous development, delivery, and evaluation of the Medical Affairs Department's digital learning programs and curriculums. Serving as learning administrator, the Learning Program Analyst provides program, project, and systems management, oversees the delivery of learning programs and curricula, and maintains existing training documents and processes. Supporting a growing ecosystem of digital learning applications, you will play a hands-on role in helping Arthrex shape the future of digital medical education by assisting with all administrative tasks for the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, you will help operationalize the administration and reporting features of our next generation learning systems, and in turn enable improved outcomes for Arthrex internal and external customers across the globe.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists the Medical Education Technology team and key stakeholders on course and class setup; learner registration and attendance; uploading and configuring learning content; building curriculums; assembling tests, and determination of learning design and delivery to support an engaging and effective learning experience
Assists the Medical Education Technology and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of learning programs and curriculums
Assists in providing meaningful routine and ad hoc learning reports to a variety of audiences
Assists with content mapping, data migration and validation activities
Develops and continuously improves skills to be highly proficient with system management, functionality, and technical support for Intellum Exceed LMS, Evolve, Level, and Tribe solutions
Supports the Medical Education Technology division on other critical activities and any key projects as assigned
Assists with all administrative tasks for the LMS and eLearning content authoring tool
Supports quality assurance and testing to the highest standards
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge and skills in managing learning systems and eLearning content authoring tools
Proficiency with Intellum solutions Exceed LMS, Evolve, Level, and Tribe preferred
Knowledge of industry practices and standards in learning systems or learning-focused software
Application of basic principles, theories, and concepts related to learning design and technology
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, written, and business communications skills
Ability to function effectively as a secondary contact with internal project teams and external clients with guidance from more senior staff
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Experience:
3 years of experience working in an academic and/or non-academic organization managing learning systems and/or eLearning content authoring tools required
Experience with Intellum solutions Exceed LMS, Evolve, Level, and Tribe preferred
Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and subject matter specialists preferred
Experience building reports for and addressing both technical and non-technical audiences preferred
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Instructional Technology, Learning Design and Technology, Computer Science or similar
Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS administration or similar preferred
