We are currently seeking talented individuals for our Warehouse Associate 1 position!

Here is some of what you’ll do…

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate 1 pulls parts and assists customers with their parts orders in addition to performing other general warehouse duties.



Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Performs general warehouse tasks.
  2. Provides any needed customer assistance.
  3. Fills orders for customers and shop.
  4. Receives stock.
  5. Delivers parts.
  6. Order packing.
  7. General cleaning duties.
  8. Assists with warehouse rearrangements.
  9. Locates parts on shelves.
  10. Performs bin counts.
  11. Performs cycle counts.
  12. Performs truck loading and unloading.
  13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.


Qualifications



EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  1. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must be able to obtain a valid forklift certificate.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  1. Walking and moving about on foot often through uneven terrain.
  2. Handling: Works with hands.
  3. Lifting: Raises or lowers miscellaneous equipment parts. Up to 60 lbs. daily, frequent exertion.
  4. Reaching: Extends hands and arms in any direction.
  5. Stooping: Bends body downward and forward by bending at knees or waist.
  6. Standing: Remains in standing position If required to perform various functions of the job.
  7. Climbing: In and out of equipment.
  8. Vision: Reads work tickets and parts books.
  9. Talking: Communicates via telecommunications and in person.
  10. Sitting: Sits in equipment and in vehicles.

ENVIRONMENTAL:

  1. Noise: Works in conditions with constant or intermittent noise.
  2. Temp/Weather: Works in a warehouse and outside with variations of temperature and weather.
  3. Exposure: Foul odors, fumes and harsh substances.
