Position Overview:
The Executive Leadership Integration Manager plays a key role in driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across the executive team. This position is responsible for orchestrating leadership initiatives, optimizing executive processes, and integrating wellness practices into leadership and management routines. The role blends organizational effectiveness with hands-on implementation of operational best practices and leadership wellness principles, ensuring the executive team operates at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and facilitate executive team sessions, including annual and quarterly planning, business reviews, and ongoing leadership meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication frameworks for the executive team.
  • Create and manage leadership dashboards, key performance metrics, and action tracking systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership across departments (e.g., Marketing & Sales, Quality Assurance & Operations).
  • Implement process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence at the executive level.

Executive Performance Integration

  • Orchestrate the cadence of executive meetings, including:
  • Annual planning sessions
  • Quarterly executive business reviews
  • Biweekly standups and monthly leadership alignments
  • Harmonize executive calendars to ensure alignment and productivity across the team.
  • Track and drive completion of executive action items and follow up on deliverables.
  • Maintain executive documentation, decision logs, and key meeting notes for future reference and accountability.

Special Projects & Event Logistics

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership conferences and special events:
  • Cross-departmental collaboration and coordination with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Select venues, manage logistics, and coordinate speaker and agenda development.
  • Oversee tradeshow logistics in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth event execution and track ROI.
  • Drive executive wellness initiatives, including
  • Leadership stress management programs.
  • Team-building activities and leadership development sessions.
  • Work-life balance programs.
  • Support performance excellence projects related to process optimization and enterprise quality management.

Communication Protocols:

  • Weekly progress reporting to leadership.
  • Monthly alignment reviews with stakeholders.
  • Real-time critical issue escalation as required.

Qualifications


  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives at the executive level.
  • Process Optimization Expertise: Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Program/Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Experience organizing high-profile executive events, conferences, and logistics.
  • Leadership Development: Ability to support executive wellness and leadership development programs.
  • Change Management: Proficiency in driving change initiatives and adapting to organizational shifts.
  • Virtual Collaboration: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and managing virtual teams.
  • Executive Communication: Strong communication skills tailored to engaging senior leadership.
Technology & Tools:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.)
  • Analytics and reporting systems (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Event planning and project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Documentation and knowledge management systems (SharePoint, Google Drive)

  • Strategic initiative completion rates and impact.
  • Effectiveness and efficiency of leadership meetings.
  • Event success, including participant satisfaction and ROI.
  • Process improvement outcomes and ROI.
  • Timeliness and quality of project delivery.

  • Strong influencing skills, particularly in driving change and alignment across diverse teams.

  • Experience coordinating virtual teams and leading cross-functional projects remotely.
