Identifying/implementing business processes required to operate an optimal environment. Responsibilities will be to work with the Human Resources business to configure the Banner HR / Payroll module and the interfaces between Windstar 1042 software solution.
Project Details:
Provide Banner implementation services such as training, functional consulting and technical support at client sites
Analyze current business processes and make suggestions to utilize various technological tools to help improve business processes
Review payroll and maximize the utilization of the payroll system functionality.
Provide answers to payroll questions and address issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when collaborating with college and university stakeholders.
Job Experience:
5+ years of experience working in HR and payroll offices
Proven ability to review employee and payroll data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience running payroll using the Banner Human Resources module
Expertise to navigate through complex HR and payroll processes and resolve technical issues in Banner
Extensive knowledge of HR regulations as they pertain to the higher education environment
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex payroll issues and developing innovative solutions to deliver payroll on time
Demonstrated experience planning and executing the implementation of the Banner Human Resources module
