Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Applications Operations Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Duties Include:

• Applications Operations Analyst prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments


• Research and reconcile customer accounts including unapplied payments, misapplications, and billing errors


• Records write-offs to the appropriate general ledger accounts


• Performs other related duties as assigned


• As an Applications Operations Analyst, you will effectively communicate with customers, internal and external, in a professional manner and through several mediums of communication


• Data Analytics - Excel, SQL reporting, and operations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Excel capabilities, SQL operations


• Attention to detail


• Numerical problem solver


• Applications experience a plus, applying cash


• D365 a plus


• International experience is a major plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
