Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Bellevue, WA.
Duties Include:
Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of a risk or compliance project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects which focus on developing processes, procedures, mechanisms and reporting for a Compliance focused team
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
Day to Day:
Queue of communications from regulators (Inbox: legal entity in France); Need to respond and triage; Own that while the team is building the automation
Receive mail everywhere as not all places are set implemented
May make multiple calls throughout the day to find correct person who will get mail sent to the team
Building processes into place, setting project timelines, and working with stakeholders to get correct info in place
Be on top of checking every item that is received; Items received in over 130 countries; Need to be able to translate it, figure out situation, if no process is implemented needs to figure one out; Also keep documentation of it; This is where compliance is very important
Considering the impact of the future, in case of audits
Additional Projects:
Track request from regulators (need to build process for that eventually not at this current point in time)

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 4-7 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or related fields
Legal experience
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
High preference for experience with a regulated business, audit or compliance practices, etc.
Strong preference for regulated environment experience (financial services, privacy)
Top 3 must-have hard skills:
Regulated or Compliance BG
Strong project management/planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
