RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an OCM Specialist in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:


  • OCM Specialist will lead and execute change management activities for various organizational change initiatives, following established change management methodologies and best practices

  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop change management plans, considering the needs and concerns of different stakeholder groups

  • Identify and analyze potential risks, resistance, and obstacles to change, and develop strategies to address them

  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver clear and compelling change communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals and messaging

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, including key messages, communication channels, and timelines

  • As an OCM Specialist, you will create engaging and informative communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content, to effectively convey change messages to various audiences

  • Coordinate and facilitate change-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring active participation and understanding of the change initiatives

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on change management strategies, techniques, and communication practices

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, collecting feedback and making adjustments as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of change initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in change management and communication strategies, incorporating innovative approaches into change initiatives







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational change initiatives

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, principles, and tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies, including crafting key messages and selecting appropriate communication channels

  • Proficiency in creating engaging communication materials, such as presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content

  • Ability to assess change impacts and risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to support leaders and managers through change processes

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple change initiatives

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts

  • Familiarity with change management software or tools is a plus






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
