Senior Principal Systems Engineer III job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services top Space & Defense company. In this job you will support Ground Operations and Integration / Ground Management and Integration (O&I/GMI) in the development and deployment of a state-of-the-art ground operational system for SDA
Responsibilities:
Perform requirements analysis, definition and management; functional and performance analysis; trade studies; system design, integration, test (verification), validation and interface definition studies of subsystem and system elements
Perform technical planning; technical cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses for systems and subsystems
Develop and evaluate systems, networks and information systems to ensure designs meet government security specifications
Researches and analyzes data, vendor products, components, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design
Participates in Modeling and Simulation
Defines processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility
Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses
Design a complete and complex framework, systems and products
Maintain regular contact with senior levels of internal working groups; Deputy Program Managers; professionals within Engineering and project teams across the company
May develop system security documentation; provide system accreditation, certification, evaluation and test support to ensure technical security features (identification, authentication, access control, labeling, and auditing) of the system are considered and function properly
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or STEM and 10+ years of experience or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience.
