Job Title:Printing Account CoordinatorDepartment:Administration and Planning | UniPrint Printing and Copying Production

Responsible for account management and frontline communication with UniPrint's customers for their printing, copying, wide-format and signage needs, or any other inquiries related to UniPrint. Provides guidance to customers by answering questions and inquiries about UniPrint products/services for printing projects, wide-format and signage projects; creates, calculates and delivers estimates to customers; responsible for the detailed planning of orders for proper execution through production process; responsible for inputting orders and estimates into printing MIS system as well as ordering any necessary materials for orders and arranging necessary purchases required for orders; resolves any concerns about orders or billing related to printing/copying, wide-format, signage, and other needs. Works with production manager and customer service managers to ensure schedules are met and coordinated properly and efficiently and to the customers satisfaction; Manages daily workload across multiple customers to ensure customer expectations are being met.




Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. 2 years of relevant experience required.




Desired Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; 5 years or more of customer service and estimating experience in a print shop environment that produced digital and offset printing; Knowledge and experience in the printing industry, printing equipment, printing paper and the industry practices. Ability to work independently; considerable experience in a fast paced and changing environment; accurate data entry; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal; Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications..

Additional Information:

The target hiring range for this job profile is $ 19.09 - $25.10/hr. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
