Bestica is looking for an Otolaryngology to provide services at the Columbia VH Health Care VAMC, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia SC 29209

Operative Services: Contractor physician(s) shall provide comprehensive clinical Otolaryngology services including the full range of ENT Surgical procedures: Typical surgical procedures include, but are not limited to:

• Thyroidectomy
• Parotidectomy
• Sinus Surgery
• Head/Neck cancer

All Physicians are carried as Independent Contractors (1099)

(PRN Hours available)

Fulltime: 0800 to 1630 Monday thru Friday

• Physician(s) shall be Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology
• Shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia)
• Currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Currently certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Shall provide a copy of current DEA certificate
• Shall provide a copy of current NPI
• Minimum 2 years' experience
