General Summary
This remote or hybrid position is responsible for coordinating and performing all recruiting activities to ensure qualified candidates are provided for the Company. The TA Manager will support big hiring initiatives in Southern California as well as throughout the United States.
Essential Job Accountabilities
Assist management in determining staffing needs to develop/implement timely and cost-effective staffing strategies.
Select and recruit professionals across the company utilizing behavior interview methodologies linked to Company Core Values and competencies.
Participate in corporate and regional HR strategic planning sessions to ensure recruiting is focused on fulfilling future business requirements.
Research, identify and cold call candidates for positions to interview potential candidates and make recommendations for hiring and perform background checks.
Assist and revise 'Position Announcement' descriptions and job specific duties based on discussions with management.
Pursue potential recruiting resources, manage and negotiate contracts with outside search firms) to support group resource requirements.
Analyzes Recruiting Agency performance and continually seeks those agencies that can provide a qualified pool of candidates at any given time.
Provide recruiting metrics to management to provide timely updates.
Support Human Resource Managers in special recruiting events
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
Work Experience
10 years professional experience in agency or corporate environment
Experience recruiting in the construction industry, or similar industry
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field of Human Resources.
Experience with ATS systems, such as Workday, Bullhorn, Maxhire, or iCIMS
Deep knowledge of pipeline building and active sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
Experience using recruitment tools, such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or other
Ability to assess strengths and limitations of technical and leadership skills
Understands the Granite culture and if the candidate is a "good fit".
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated high level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Exceptional problem solving skills with consistent follow through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, close attention to detail.
Ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as external customers.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Base Salary Range:
$99,756.00 - $149,633.00 Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
