Perform all tasks involved in the meat preparation and grinding process of taco production for Tyson Foods, Inc. This includes lift up to 80 pounds including bags of spices, TVP, salt, and boxed meat for preparation of the meat mixture according to company specifications. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Job Requirements:
Perform operational setup of equipment; make adjustments to equipment and documentation.
Responsible for operation of all equipment/documentation needed for operation; must maintain a clean work area; must communicate with co-workers and management; make all necessary adjustments; observe all safety rules and take an active role in the promotion of safety.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
The Team Member must wear safety equipment, etc. and follow GMP's and Safety Policies.
Perform work as assigned by the department supervisor.
Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to lift and carry 80 pounds or more.
The Team Member will regularly be required to stand, stoop, bend, climb ladders, change work levels, twist, and squat, climb stairs, reach, push, pull and move about the facility.
The Team Member will work in hot, cold, and wet environments.
Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
