This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

These positions could involve working in any department of the Processing/Harvest facility. Some positions require the ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 40 pounds or more. Candidates must be able to work in extreme cold or hot, wet, humid environments (ranging from 35 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit or 65 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit), use their hands and arms above shoulder level, and stand for 8-10 hours per day.
Positions may involve using a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product, or using powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines to remove hide from cattle, trim large pieces of product, or operate heavy machinery. Some positions may also require using powered equipment like air knives, wizard knives, saws, and skinner machines.
Must be able and willing to work B Shift. Limited openings are available for A-Shift. This facility operates up to 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Shift placement will depend on current hiring needs and rehire eligibility.
Former Tyson employees are subject to a 180-day rehire waiting period and a three-time rehire limit.
