As a Digital Designer , you will:
Job Description:
The Digital Designer role develops creative and effective design deliverables that will help inform, educate, and promote products & solutions to pharmacies and their end consumers.
This role will be responsible for B2B promotional digital marketing content, including but not limited to eCommerce web pages, banners and emails.
This role must act as a visual storyteller and a digital creative leader within both team strategy planning sessions and with clients, understanding how to creatively solve client challenges via the tools available.
The responsibilities for this role include:
Work from conception to execution on digital marketing campaigns
Design and create promotional digital marketing assets, including but not limited to: banners, emails & landing pages
Use best user experience and latest industry standards to advice clients and build out the appropriate experience within the tool construct that exists
Help take the lead in creating digital assets for several clients across a range of portfolios on two platform
Translate research and analytics to drive your design solutions to meet business goals and KPIs
Create detailed documentation and design systems for the products you help build
Self-manage time to complete work to match budget and timelines
Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to achieve desired results that push against boundaries and commonalities
Attend internal and client meetings and present work with clear rationale and ability to adapt work to client feedback
Qualifications:
5-7 years' experience
A well-crafted omni-channel portfolio full of amazing digital experiences
Experience in eCommerce
Strong systematic design and problem-solving skills
A mastery of visual design fundamentals with attention to details
An understanding of UX, Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe XD and Figma
What is expected of you and others at this level:
Create digital design projects in Figma and Adobe XD with existing content components
Applies working knowledge of design and development to perform varied tasks
Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity
Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
Applies judgment within defined parameters
Receives general guidance, may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Motivated self-starter and self-directed learner

Pay Range*: $38 .00 - $40.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
