Salary Plan: Temporary

Hiring Salary/Salary Range: $16.00/hour

DUTIES:


  • Serve as a grader of up to 45 students for online courses offered by the School of Art and Art History. Courses include: History of Visual Art I & II, Art & Culture, Film Art, and Concepts & Practices I.
  • Evaluate student assignments and provide written feedback using online learning tool CANVAS.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education & Experience):

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with Art History, Contemporary Art, Film, and/or Art Production.
  • Developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to continuously meet grading deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Art History or Studio Art.
  • Experience providing generative feedback on writing assignments.
  • Familiarity using grading rubrics to evaluate writing assignments.
