As an Immigration Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for preparing petitions and applications for various immigration cases, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration. You will also be responsible for responding to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for reviewing and doing quality control on non-attorney staff's work. In addition, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships by communicating with clients, updating case statuses in our systems, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
