The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for an ENO Pizzeria Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.

Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms ( to include cottages and villas ), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

  • Shift: Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.


  • Pay Rate: $19.93 per hour

What will I be doing?

As an ENO Pizzeria Attendant, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:



    • • Greet, take guest orders, assign table number for guest to seat self and process in a timely manner.

      • Assist guest in choice of beverages and deliver food accurately to the guests table, once delivered remove table number.


      • Check back with the guest throughout meal to ensure no additional items are needed.


      • Restock items necessary for grab and go service such as: plates, napkins, utensils, condiment packets, break down, and store away at closing.


      • Restock bottled beverages in coolers/Empty bins at closing and store beverages.


      • Set up hotbox for takeout orders/store away at closing.


      • Handout takeout orders and assist guest with plates, napkins and utensils.


      • Set up/break down POS stand and takeout kiosk daily.


      • Operate point of sale system.


      • Handle cash, room charge and credit transactions while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.


    • Clear tables and patio area of any trash and wipe down in a timely manner for the next guest to seat/Ensure entire patio is clean at closing.

      • Communicate with support staff and management for all inventory, paper goods and guest satisfaction needs.


      • Able to work in an outdoor environment for a long period of time.
