Our flagship property, Hilton McLean Tysons Corner , is searching for aBanquet Houseperson to join their team!

This well known, high profile property is located directly adjacent to Hilton's headquarters in the bustling area of Tyson's Corner in McLean, Virginia. The beautiful 458 room property, boasts over 27,000 square feet of elegant meeting space and two food and beverage outlets. Reliable transportation is a must as shifts will often end after Metro & Bus closures.

The ideal candidate is a passionate professional with previous Banquets/events experience, a background in high-end service, and expertise in elevated service standards.

Shift Pattern: AM and PM shifts, as early as 4.30AM and ending as late as 12AM-1AM, weekends and holidays is required.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Set-Up Attendant, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
• Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events
• Clean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events
