JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. This position focuses on systems analysis, integrating various IT systems, and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms. The Senior Systems Analyst will play a critical role in supporting legal and operational teams within the US Department of Justice (USDOJ), optimizing system performance, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT systems, data analytics, and experience working with large databases. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the analysis, design, and integration of IT systems, ensuring smooth interaction between legal systems, databases, and applications.
· Collaborate with management, data analysts, and legal teams to gather system requirements, analyze data flows, and identify potential optimizations.
· Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to assist USDOJ teams in decision-making.
· Perform advanced analytics and automation using SQL, Python, and SSIS to ensure optimal system performance.
· Utilize ESRI ArcGIS for mapping and geolocation services to support legal casework.
· Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance to support the operational needs of the organization.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and operational teams, to ensure systems meet business and regulatory requirements.
