What You Will Do
As a Electrical Preconstruction Key Account Manager you will

Seek out and target Design Build and Design Assist work
Manage lead generation, client strategy, and top target projects
Choose targeted projects that align with company goals and client strategy
Get Weifield on preferred bid lists and lead all client RFPs and RFQs
Add value to clients by providing a project "win" strategy to the estimating team
Manage estimates and estimators on the team
Lead relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers
Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring
In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

Have a journeyman's license or equivalent electrical engineering, field experience, or a construction management degree
Excellent time management and project tasking skills
Possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with high attention to detail
High proficiency in Accubid and MS Office
Possess excellent written and oral communication and editing skills
Be highly curious, self-motivated, and flexible
